Florida, in brief

Dental SEO with a first page guarantee: how it works in Florida

Our first page guarantee comes after we assess your practice, and together we then agree the target phrases. The work goes into making you the dentist Florida patients see on Google’s map, on page one and in the replies of AI assistants, and every page is cleared against the state’s dental advertising law before it goes up. See if you qualify.

The map, Google and AI answers

Where Florida patients pick a dentist, and our work in each

Whether your patients live in Tampa or in Kendall, they find a dentist through the map, page one or an AI assistant’s answer. Take Step 1 and we will report where your practice appears in all three today, under our first page guarantee.

  1. Your offices on Google's map

Patients in Tampa, Orlando and Coral Springs see different maps for the same search. We keep a complete Business Profile for each of your offices, with its own hours and photos, and help you collect reviews, so each office reaches the patients who live nearest.

  2. Page one for the treatments you offer

Patients weighing implants or aligners read websites before they book. We write a page for each treatment you want to grow, in the words Floridians use for it, so that patient reaches you rather than the practice across the street.

  3. The dentists AI assistants name

Ask an assistant for a dentist nearby and it names practices it can read clearly. We keep your treatments, offices, languages and hours described the same way on your site and every listing.

We build a list of every variation your customers could type to find a business like yours, and we go after all of them.

  1. on the first page within 90 days
  2. on the first page within 180 days
  3. on the first page within the first year

Page one for dental practices, one of them in Florida

Your patients search the way these patients did, and we start every practice from those searches. Two dental practices and three med spas we have worked for show up on page one of Google, among them a dental practice and a med spa here in Florida, and each also appears in the map results and AI answers.

Florida dentistry

Three Florida numbers that decide how your practice should market itself

Offices here take in a lot, patients have real choice, and dentists bunch up in a few counties. Each of those changes what your marketing should do first.

  1. $1,154,035†

taken in on average by each Florida dental office during 2022

    What it means for you

Any patient who books with the practice down the road carries years of cleanings, crowns and family referrals away, and those losses pile up month after month.

    What we do

Your highest-value treatments get their pages first, so the searches we win bring the patients you actually want.

Name your top treatments in Step 1.

  2. 2,480†

Floridians per dental office, by the 2022 count

    What it means for you

That leaves room to grow, but only for practices patients can find: most people choose from the few names that come up when they search.

    What we do

Our work puts your name among those few, for the treatments and neighborhoods you care about.

Start Step 1 and list the towns your patients drive in from.

  3. 1,700†

dentists registered at Broward County practice addresses alone

    What it means for you

Southeast Florida is crowded with dentists while much of the state has far fewer, and your county sets how hard each search will be to win.

    What we do

We match the plan to your county, with close-grained neighborhood pages where practices cluster and wider town pages where they are few.

Say in Step 1 which counties your patients live in.

Choosing a dentist in Florida

How Florida patients choose a dentist, and the moments a practice loses them

The patient you want next might have just arrived from another state, might winter here and summer up north, or might only need a Saturday slot. Whatever the reason, they search for the need first, then weigh reviews, photos, hours and whether you accept their insurance.

Language counts too. Many Florida patients would rather read about a crown or a cleaning in Spanish, and when your pages answer them in Spanish the booking tends to follow.

Before anything new goes up, we close the leaks: a booking link that fails on a phone, holiday hours missing from your profile, an insurance list that is years out of date. Start Step 1 and tell us who you most want in your chair.

Where patients come from

Dental marketing for Florida practices, one channel at a time

Your patients find and book through five channels, and any one left unattended leaks them, so we run all five as one plan.

  1. Local search, county by county

Dentists crowd South Florida, Tampa Bay and greater Orlando and grow scarce elsewhere. Each of your offices gets its own location page naming the neighborhoods it draws from, and your practice name, address and hours read identically on every listing.

  2. A Business Profile for every office

Hours, photos, reviews and answers show up in the results before anyone clicks. We verify a profile for every office, pick its primary category with care, add photos of your actual team and rooms, and update hours ahead of holidays and storm closures so nobody drives to a locked door.

  3. Treatment pages written for Florida law

Patients search for implants, aligners, crowns and root canals by name. Each treatment you want more of has its own page, specialty wording stays inside the credentials your dentists hold, and any page that mentions a fee or a discount carries the notices Florida requires.

  4. A website that books from a phone

Most patients search and book on one phone. Your booking button, accepted plans and the languages your team speaks stay visible on every page, pages load fast, and we measure which ones turn visits into appointments; design and conversion sit in our Full Suite.

  5. Reviews patients can trust

A recent review that names a treatment reassures the next person searching for it. We set your team up to ask after every visit and reply to each review without ever confirming whether the writer was treated at your practice.

Your practice type

Dental SEO for every kind of Florida practice, general or specialty

A family practice in Ocala and an oral surgery group in Tampa win patients through completely different searches. Tell us in Step 1 which kind you run, and we start from its treatments.

  • Orthodontist SEO in Florida

Braces are usually a parent’s decision, timed to the school calendar; aligners are an adult’s, made whenever it suits. Each option gets a page written for whoever pays, and if you begin aligner cases from remote scans, those pages carry the in-person examination disclaimer Florida law requires.

773† or more Florida dentists name orthodontics as their main field

  • Endodontist SEO in Florida

Root canal patients tend to arrive anxious, often sent by their general dentist, and they read about you before the appointment. Your pages explain treatment and retreatment calmly and specifically, and a separate page speaks to the dentists who refer to you.

512† dentists across Florida report endodontics as their main field

  • Periodontist SEO in Florida

Gum patients rarely type the word periodontist; they look up bleeding gums, loose teeth or a deep cleaning. We write in their words, walk through each stage of treatment in plain terms and, if you place implants, give those their own pages.

495† Florida dentists give periodontics as their main field

  • Pediatric dentist SEO in Florida

Parents pick a children’s dentist on instinct: the look of the rooms, the way your team talks to kids, what other parents report. Your pages answer an anxious parent’s questions, and your Business Profile shows the space a child will actually walk into.

110† dentists in Florida list pediatric dentistry as their main field

  • Oral surgeon SEO in Florida

Parents often research a teenager’s wisdom teeth, while adults look up extractions and bone grafts, each by the procedure’s name. Every procedure gets a page on getting ready, healing and what to eat afterwards, and the words sleep dentistry appear only if your practice holds a general anesthesia permit.

49† Florida dentists list oral surgery as their main field

  • Prosthodontist SEO in Florida

Denture and full-mouth patients research for weeks and often decide alongside a spouse or an adult child. Every option gets a page covering consultation through final fitting, so the whole family can find its answers on your site.

277† dentists statewide name prosthodontics as their main field

  • Dental implant SEO in Florida

Before anything else, implant shoppers want to know single-tooth versus full-arch and what each costs. Since general dentists and specialists alike place implants, your pages say which kind of dentist performs the work at your practice, and a fee shown on a page is labeled as a minimum fee.

  • Cosmetic dentist SEO in Florida

Patients choose veneers, whitening and bonding by looking, so stock photography costs you these cases. Your cosmetic pages are built on your own consented cases in factual language, since Florida dental ads may not carry laudatory claims or promise results.

  • Emergency dentist SEO in Florida

Sunday toothaches and crowns lost on vacation send people searching for whichever dentist can see them today. Your urgent-care page says exactly when you take emergencies, and weekend and holiday hours stay correct on every listing, so a patient in pain knows when to come in.

  • General and family dentist SEO in Florida

Households that just moved here look for one practice near home that treats toddlers and grandparents alike. Every service you offer gets its own page, and any that overlaps a specialty is labeled as coming from a general dentist.

Florida's dental ad rules

Florida's dental advertising law, and how we work inside it

A ranking is never worth a complaint to the Board of Dentistry, so our pages for your practice are written to Florida’s dental advertising law from the first draft. The law bars laudatory statements about a dentist, claims likely to create unjustified expectations of results, comparisons of your care with other practices and ads that play on patients’ fears, and misleading advertising is grounds for discipline.

A dentist may hold out as a specialist only with the ADA-approved specialty training and board standing the statute sets; otherwise a practice emphasis may be announced only with a clearly set-off notice that the area is not a recognized specialty. Every ad names the Florida-licensed dentist responsible for it, a fee comes with a minimum-fee notice, and a free or discounted offer carries the statutory patient notice and its dates. A general dentist who announces a service says a general dentist provides it, and your website and its SEO must stay truthful. Answer Step 1 and your current pages get checked against every one of these rules.

Pricing

What sets the price for your Florida practice

The size of the job sets your price: a single office in Gainesville and a group spread across South Florida need very different amounts of work. After you answer Step 1, we go through the three points below with you in our reply.

Asked by Florida dentists

Florida dentists' questions about SEO and marketing, answered

Still deciding?

Share your office locations and best-paying treatments in Step 1; we will choose the first pages.

Start here

Can a Florida general dentist advertise implants or aligners?

Yes, your practice may say it offers them. Florida’s restriction is on presenting yourself as a specialist without the credentials the statute sets, so your pages name the service as part of general dentistry or, for a practice emphasis, add the notice the law requires.

Is dental marketing in Florida more than getting found on Google?

Yes. Dental marketing takes in search, plus your Business Profile, reviews, referral sources and a site patients can book on. Our first page guarantee covers the search part and concerns where you rank, never how many new patients arrive; the rest of the work turns that search into a visit.

Do you cover practices outside South Florida?

Yes. Pages follow the towns your patients come from, whether that is the Panhandle, Central Florida or the Gulf Coast, and smaller towns often have fewer practices answering those searches well.

How do Florida’s rules affect before-and-after photos and reviews?

They shape what a page may claim. We use only your own consented cases, avoid laudatory wording and promises of results, keep any testimonial to what patients typically experience, and keep review replies factual and silent about patient details.

Can my practice’s pages be written in Spanish?

Yes. If your dentists and front desk care for patients in Spanish, we write Spanish pages with the same care and legal wording as your English pages, and a Spanish speaker on your staff approves each one before it is published.

I hold a specialty credential. How will my pages show it?

Accurately. Where you meet Florida’s specialist standard, your pages can say so; where you do not, we describe your focus as a practice emphasis with the required notice, or simply as a service you provide.
