Protecting your license comes first, so every page we write for your practice follows the state's dental advertising rules. Nevada's dental law treats false or misleading advertising, and claiming to be better than neighboring dentists, as unprofessional conduct. The dental board's rules go further: no promise about how a treatment will feel, and no extravagant or self-praising claims.
The board licenses only the twelve specialties listed below. An ad may present a dentist as a specialist in one of them only with that specialty license and its number; a dentist without it may still say the practice is limited to one area, if the ad also says the dentist is not licensed as a specialist there. A general dentist may announce any service, as long as the page says a general dentist provides it, and the profession's ethics code holds your website and its SEO to the same truthfulness. Start with Step 1 and we will check your wording against these rules.
