Google Review
Texas counted 2,810 chiropractic offices in 2025
No fewer than 7,717† chiropractors practice at a Texas address, from El Paso to Beaumont. For family clinics and focused practices, we build chiropractic SEO and marketing around the care you want more patients for, and write every page inside the Texas board's advertising rules.
We guarantee up to 50% of the key phrases you could rank for will rank on the first page of Google.
SEO GUARANTEE FEATURED ON
Texas chiropractic SEO
In short: search work for your clinic with our first page guarantee attached, agreed in writing after we assess your practice and your market. We work on map results, Google's page one and AI answers, and each page we publish is first checked against the Texas chiropractic advertising rules. Find out if you qualify.
The map, Google and AI answers
Patients in San Antonio and in Lubbock see different clinics for the same search, and in both cities they choose from these three places. Answer Step 1 and we will show you where your clinic appears in each.
The map shows clinics near the person searching, and Texas is huge. Every location you run gets a complete Business Profile, accurate hours and a review routine, so it shows up for the patients around it.
Below the map, patients search for the care they want, such as sports injury treatment or prenatal adjustments. Each kind of care you offer gets its own clear page, written without promised outcomes.
Patients now ask AI assistants to suggest a chiropractor close by. They draw on what they can read, so we describe your care, doctors, hours and locations the same way everywhere you are listed.
We build a list of every variation your customers could type to find a business like yours, and we go after all of them.
Client results
Your field is not on these cards yet: we have no chiropractic client to show, in Texas or anywhere else. The clients here, three med spas and two dental practices among them, appear on page one of Google, in map results and in AI answers where they practice.

Chiropractic in Texas
Three Texas figures show you what a clinic earns, how many residents each office has and how chiropractors cluster by metro. Each one changes what we would build for your clinic first, and here is how.
$504,462†
per-office receipts for Texas chiropractors, 2022 average
What it means for you
Much of that comes from patients who follow a plan of visits, so each one who chooses another clinic takes a whole course of care, and often their family, with them.
What we do
We put the care that brings your longest-staying patients first in line and build those pages before anything else.
Tell us in Step 1 which patients stay with you longest.
11,733†
Texans for each chiropractic office in the state (2022)
What it means for you
There are plenty of patients, but they pick from the few clinics a search puts in front of them, usually close to home or work.
What we do
Our aim is to place your clinic in that small group for the care you give and the towns you draw from.
Start Step 1 and list the towns your patients come from.
700†
chiropractors practice in Tarrant County, around Fort Worth
What it means for you
Each Texas metro is its own market. A clinic in Fort Worth competes with Fort Worth clinics, and pages aimed at Houston patients do nothing for a patient in Arlington.
What we do
Clinics in more than one metro get pages, Business Profiles and reviews for each one, written for the patients there.
Say in Step 1 where your clinics are.
How Texans pick a clinic
Your next patient is searching with a problem: a back that went out lifting, a sore neck after a long drive, a pregnancy that changed how they sleep, a child's sports injury. They compare reviews, photos, hours and whether you take their plan, and many book online before ever calling the clinic.
Distance shapes the choice. In the big metros people want a clinic near home or work; in West and East Texas they may drive a long way, so a clear page about your care and your first visit helps them decide the trip is worth it. Language matters too: if your staff treats patients in Spanish, the pages should say so in Spanish.
Before writing anything new, we remove what turns them away: a profile whose hours differ from your site, a booking link that breaks on mobile, care you provide that no page mentions. Begin with Step 1 and tell us who you would most like to treat.
The channels
A Texas clinic wins patients online through five channels of digital marketing, and each one props up the others, so we look after all five at once.
A patient in Plano and a patient in Katy get different map results from the same query. Each of your clinics gets its own page naming the towns and neighborhoods it draws from, and your clinic details match on every directory. Where a clinic serves several suburbs, each one is named in the words its residents type.
Every clinic location should have its own verified profile: current photos, exact opening times, accepted plans and replies to patient questions. We build each one and maintain it through holidays and storms, matching it to your website line for line.
Patients look up sports injuries, rehab, prenatal care and decompression one at a time. Each gets a page that describes the care plainly, shows every doctor as a chiropractor and never states or implies a cure. Pages about equipment, such as decompression tables, describe it the way federal rules classify it.
Most patients search and book from a phone, so the booking button and your accepted plans sit on every page, pages load fast even on a weak signal, and a report shows which pages produce appointments. Website design and conversion are handled through our Full Suite.
A recent review that names the care, such as a sports injury or pregnancy back pain, helps the next patient with the same need decide. Your staff gets a simple way to ask, every review gets a reply that keeps patient privacy intact, and no review is ever written or bought.
Practices across Texas
A sports clinic in Austin and a family clinic in Tyler win patients through completely different searches, which is why each card below describes a different build. Answer Step 1 with the kind of practice you run.
High school football, club soccer and weekend marathons keep Texas athletes looking for a chiropractor who knows their sport. We build a page for each sport and injury you treat, describe your return-to-play approach, and name any sports credential together with the organization that issued it.
Sports is the main listed field of 155† or more Texas chiropractors
After an injury or surgery, patients look for a rehab program they can follow week by week, ideally near work. Each program you run gets a page on what the sessions involve and how progress is tracked, describing only care that sits within a Texas chiropractor's scope.
258† or more Texas chiropractors mainly do rehabilitation
Parents who bring a child to a chiropractor want calm, factual pages: what the visit looks like, how the technique differs for small bodies and which doctor treats. We write for that cautious reader and leave out any claim about what the visits will fix.
At least 35† Texas chiropractors mainly treat children
Patients drawn to chiropractic neurology have usually read a lot already and want specifics about the assessment. Our pages walk through your exam and care plans step by step, show each credential with the organization behind it, and avoid wording that promises an outcome.
68† or more Texas chiropractors mainly practice neurology
Texans hurt on the road or on the job look for a clinic that treats their injury and handles records for insurers and attorneys. Our injury pages cover the exam, the paperwork and the visit schedule for people already seeking care; we never contact accident victims.
Decompression is researched carefully: patients want the session count, the likely cost and what the equipment actually is. We describe your table in the terms of its federal device classification, never call a cleared device approved, and promise no relief.
Expecting mothers want a chiropractor who explains positioning, comfort and timing through each trimester in plain words. Prenatal care gets its own pages, your profile shows the tables and rooms, and no sentence says anything about how labor or the birth will go.
People who travel for upper cervical care usually know the technique's name before they know your clinic. Your technique, your first-visit measurements and your follow-up plan each get a page, so those patients can find you from farther away, with no claim about conditions it resolves.
Maintenance and corrective care patients commit to a schedule, so they compare visit frequency, plan length and cost before starting. We publish those details as they are, with no scare language about skipping visits, and gather reviews only from real patients.
A household looking for one chiropractor for everyone usually starts on the map, searching for a clinic nearby that stays open late. We keep your listing current, give each service a page, and name every doctor as a chiropractor or D.C., never under another title.
What the Texas board expects
Your license comes before any ranking. Texas bars false, misleading or deceptive claims in chiropractic ads, including any suggestion of services outside the chiropractic scope, whether you or someone acting for you makes them. The board also bars embellished results, any stated or implied cure, any promise of results and fear of what happens without treatment.
Your ads must state the type of license you hold; "Dr." appears with chiropractor, chiropractic or D.C., and board certification is named only together with the board that granted it. State law bars the word physician in chiropractic ads and soliciting patients through accident reports, and it lists an ad that contains a testimonial among misleading ads, so we leave testimonials out of yours. Answer Step 1 and we will mark any of your current wording that falls outside them.
What it costs
Your price follows the work: how many clinics you run, which Texas markets they sit in and how many kinds of care you want to grow. After Step 1 we walk you through each point beside this text.
Pages for your area
Practicing in or around Houston? The Harris County page is written for patients there.
MyVegas magazine has also been one of our clients.
After realizing just how hard it is to find an honorable digital agency that is qualified to execute on the needs of the companies they work with, he decided to start his own agency and solve that problem within the market once and for all. Eight years later, he has amassed a large client base in a large assortment of different industries, from home improvement to nightlife and lawyers to retail stores, that all rely on him and his team for everything related to their brand identity and digital presence.
Texas chiropractors ask
Still deciding?
Name your clinics and the care you want to grow in Step 1; we answer with where your first pages belong.
Start hereOnly by naming the board that granted the certification, and never as certified by the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners itself. On your pages we describe the care you provide and show real credentials with their source, rather than using titles the rules restrict.
Chiropractic marketing is every step between a patient's first search and their first visit: your website, your Business Profile, reviews and referrals. Our first page guarantee covers the search step, where your clinic ranks on Google, and never promises new patients; website design and conversion come from our Full Suite.
Yes. Clinics in towns such as Tyler, Waco, Midland or McAllen often face fewer competitors who answer searches well, so a clear page for each kind of care and a complete Business Profile can go a long way. Your pages are built around the towns your patients drive in from.
We leave them out of the pages we write for you. Texas law lists an ad that contains a testimonial among misleading ads, and the board does not accept testimonials as proof of results. Reviews stay where patients post them, and your replies stay factual and private.
By what the equipment actually is. Powered traction equipment is a Class II device under federal rules, so we describe your table by that classification rather than calling it FDA approved, explain what a session and a course involve, and promise no relief.
Yes. Each clinic competes on its own local map, so each gets its own pages, Business Profile and reviews, while your brand, services and standards stay the same across all of them.
